fluke fortune
chance
coincidence
or Providence

I started writing poems as a child but, as an adult, wrote almost everything except poetry. After placing several books, I started sending off poems, eventually placed a bunch, and now have three books of poems, most of which are inspired by reading the Bible, enjoying our woodsy setting, or people-watching. I also blog on various aspects of the Bible, writing, and poetry, and I maintain my own website – www.marysayler.com, but the larger challenge is to stay active on the social sites without letting them consume my time.
